You get what you pay for! We booked for economy, and this hotel got the bill. The beds were more comfortable than many we’ve stayed at, and having chronic pain, that’s important. The room was a nice size and spacious, big enough for my wheelchair. The staff was confronted by a very needy angry guest that probably should have booked 5 Star for all he wanted, and the staff handled it beautifully. Conveniently located to all of the attractions we wanted to see, (Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park, Bear Country USA, Reptile Gardens, Deadwood, Sturgis, etc.). The drive was short enough we could pack our weekend with a lot of stuff!

Loved that a lot of things were in walking distance!! The hotel had a pool and was very comfortable

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They could use a few more handicapped rooms but the facility was clean and functional. What made it exceed was the staff. They were absolutely fantastic.
